Can I order my purrbaby portrait in a landscape (horizontal) orientation or is portrait (vertical) the only available option?

Yes! We can create your purrbabies portrait in either portrait OR landscape orientation, whichever you prefer.

Can I order more than 1 portrait at a time?

Yes you can.

Am I required to have my pet's name printed on my portrait?

No, of course not. If you'd prefer to have it left off, just mention that in the additional comments portion of the order form.

Can you ship internationally?
What is your return policy?

Because you are ordering a custom, personalized piece of artwork, we can only accept returns for items that arrive to you damaged or defective. We require that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your portrait to let us know if there's an issue with the condition it arrived in. We will want to see a picture of the damage/defect as well as the packaging it arrived in if that was also damaged during transit.
