Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What kind of photo should I upload for the best results?
A: For the best portrait, upload a clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo where your pet's face and features are easy to see. Close-up shots taken in good natural light typically produce the most accurate and detailed custom artwork.
Q: What art styles and frame colors are available for this canvas print?
A: You can choose between watercolor, pencil illustration, or modern colorful art styles, and select a frame in natural wood tone, dark walnut, or classic black to complement your space.
Q: Can I add my pet's name to the portrait?
A: Yes. During customization you can add your pet's name so it's included as part of your one-of-a-kind personalized portrait.
Q: What size is the canvas, and does it arrive ready to hang?
A: This custom pet portrait is printed on a premium 12x16" canvas and comes fully framed, so it's ready to hang on your wall as soon as it arrives.
Q: How long does production and shipping take, and can I get a refund?
A: Once you upload your photo and place your order, we hand-create your custom design, print it on canvas, frame it, and ship it directly to your door.
